Director, Eurovent India

Vanshaj Kaul serves as the India Director for Eurovent, a European multinational manufacturers’ association, acting as the nodal point for their operations in India and strengthening collaboration between industry and institutional stakeholders. His work spans policy formulation, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement, including co-authoring India’s cold chain guidelines. Vanshaj Kaul is an expert Public Policy and Government Relations professional with more than a decade of experience working with the Government of India, multilateral organizations, and civil society. He is an alumnus of the Paris School of International Affairs at Sciences Po University, where he specialized in International Relations with a focus on Agriculture and Environment, and was awarded a 100% Merit Scholarship.
