Ravi Sahu holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Engineering and is an Air Quality Specialist at the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD). Ravi is currently based in Kathmandu, where he leads regional air quality monitoring, assessment, and air intervention programs in the Hindu Kush Himalaya (HKH) region. With a strong academic and technical background, his work focuses on integrating science, technology, and policy to improve AQ and public health outcomes. He has been instrumental in deploying AQ sensor-based monitoring networks, capacity building, and developing clean air action plans with governments and partners across the Hindu Kush Himalaya region.
